Explore better ways to surface "Settings" within the left nav

Putting a menu link to "Settings" can be done in the submenu as an additional menu item. This solution has potential be improved because as an additional menu item it increases the height of the menu and it is surfacing something in the UI that would not be used as frequently as other options.
