Problem to solve

The ultimate goal of this project is to allow a user to view and work with the Jira issues needed to get their job done, without having to leave GitLab.

To further close the gap in this workflow, there should be a way to create a merge request / branch from a Jira issue, similarly to how one can be created from a GitLab issue.
