No job event webhook firing for the trigger jobs

Summary

GitLab doesn't fire webhook for any trigger job events.

Steps to reproduce

• Create the job with trigger keyword
• Set up project's webhook for job events
• Run the pipeline
• See how your trigger job does its stuff (triggers the downstream) but no related event was fired

What is the current bug behavior?

Successful (or not successful) trigger job doesn't generate relevant job event webhook.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Trigger jobs trigger job events like any other jobs within the pipeline.
