Counter of projects/(sub)-groups shows wrong numbers

Summary

If you have a public group with a public subgroup which contains public and private subgroups and public and private projects public user can see the amount of private subgroups and private projects.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a public group
• Create a subgroup which is a child of the above created group
• Create a few private and public projects
• Create a few private and public subgroups
• Create a few private and public projects as childs of the above created subgroup(s)

What is the current bug behavior?

• Have a look at the counter. It shows the same numbers for public user and for members.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should show the acutal numbers which are visible for the user. So only count public (sub)-groups and projects for public user.
