Allow Mattermost Notification for Releases

Proposal

I should be able to send notifications to mattermost if I create a Release.

Currently for general webhooks (https://git.domain.tld/namespace/project/hooks) I can trigger a webhook for a release event.

For the mattermost notification integration this event is missing.
