"Failed to get security report information" error on non-Ultimate merge requests

Loading a merge request (example) gives this error on every load:

"Failed to get security report information. Please reload the page or try again later."

Current status (as of 2021-03-30T18:12+01:00)

• The fix has been successfully deployed to production. If you've previously opted in to our canary infrastructure to work around this bug, you may wish to switch back (though you can of course stay on canary if you prefer).

• It is deployed to our canary infrastructure, which you can opt into
• It will be included on the next production deploy (pending the resolution of any ongoing incidents)
