Container Scanning Failing on Internal Docker Issue

We are running the container scanning job that GitLab provides on shared runners

$ docker pull ${CI_APPLICATION_REPOSITORY}:${CI_APPLICATION_TAG} Error response from daemon: received unexpected HTTP status: 500 Internal Server Error

This command fails every time as of this morning

Have confirmed there is no issue on our end
