[Feedback] Service templates → Project integration management

As Service templates have been deprecated and will be removed in 14.0, Service template administrators should use the use Project integration management instead. Project integration management offers greater control over integration settings both at instance and group levels.

The purpose of this issue is to collect feedback from Service template administrators about this change.
