Improve link insertion UX to comments

In Slack, you can select a text in typing area, paste a link with cmd+v and the selected text is changed to be a link.

I've got to love that feature so much that I'm crying that it's missing in GitLab.

PS: similarly select a text and hit cmd+b or cmd+i already works for bold and italic, so it should be rather trivial to implement.
