Display incremental and initial bulk indexing queue sizes in Advanced Search admin page

Problem

Sometimes there may be a problem with processing these Elasticsearch bulk indexing queues.

Solution

Display the count of items in the queue on the Advanced Search admin page. Users will regularly be looking at this page so they will likely notice if one of those queues is backlogged.

Alternatively we could just add troubleshooting steps to our FAQ to check these queue lengths.
