Remove deprecated Jenkins integration page?

In gitlab-docs#961 (closed) as part of the monthly TW chore list, Marcel identified https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/jenkins_deprecated.html (doc/integration/jenkins_deprecated.md) as orphaned - not crosslinked from anywhere.

When should we schedule this page for removal? Assigning over to @deuley for decision / prioritization / reassignment to me.
