Move issue/contribution analytics to Analytics Workspace

Problem to solve

Our analytics are currently dispersed across the tool, while users would like to see them in 1 place and be able to monitor across projects and groups. (https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/issues_analytics, https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/analytics, #29810 (closed))

Proposal

Move the pages under the Analytics workspace, where users can filter for groups and projects. We should also have a way to distinguish between open and closed issues, MRs and how long it takes to close them (current bug here due the fact that we don't distinguish as of now). The pattern is somehow similar to productivity analytics for merge requests, so we should combine the dashboards. Ultimately, we would like to show activity across the tool but should ensure that it's inline with our roadmap for cycle analytics.
