Update groups list to show project status
The screen below would be much more useful if it showed the last commit date for each project, with a link to that commit, and any CI/CD state, with a direct link to the current pipeline stage. I just pushed updates to every one of these projects and would love to see the CI/CD status change as each one built, deployed and moved to the next one just to ensure it was all working properly. Number of stars and the create date aren't very helpful. Maybe add the ability to add/remove columns and hide those by default...
