Replace redigomock tests with real Redis interactions

Our tests with redigomock have proven flaky and we overlooked the fact that it's GPL. gitlab-workhorse#114 (closed)

We should have real redis integration tests instead.

• figure out how the tests get their redis configuration settings
• use a test-only pubsub channel
