Undefined emoji reaction category

On GitLab.com I tried to add an emoji reaction to a comment, and I am seeing undefined in the list.

I though it might be because I didn't have any Frequently Used emoji, but this is not the cause because as soon as I added an emoji reaction, the Frequently Used category showed up as expected.
