UI polish: Wrapping and truncation of value in the add list "value" dropdown

Challenge

Currently, long items within the Value dropdown when adding a list are hard to use and require some polish.

Proposal

• Items should wrap within the dropdown (see other dropdowns like epics for examples)
  • Title should wrap to next line whene longer than ~184px. There should be 16px on either side of the item within the dropdown at all times.

• Items should truncate within the input.
  • There should be at least 24px of space between the end of the dropdown input (right) and the right edge of the column.
  • There should be at least 4px of space between the end of the title of the input and the div around the chevron icon within the dropdown.
  • If there is a conflict here and the title is long, truncate the end of the title within the dropdown.
