Avatar obscured by text after adding a file or directory

Summary

File View - Commit Widget: Avatar covered with text after adding a file or directory

Steps to reproduce

Chrome - latest

  1. From the Repository > Files page, to the right of the branch select list, click the "+" button.
  2. Select "New File" or create a new directory.
  3. Enter file's title and give it some content, then click Commit Changes
  4. Close the "The file has been successfully created." blue banner

What is the current bug behavior?

OBSERVED: Your avatar is covered by the "Add new file" link, and text describing the time at which the file was added.

What is the expected correct behavior?

EXPECTED: There would be no overlap. If you change the size of the viewport, or refresh the page, the text becomes properly aligned to the right of your avatar.
