Support passwords for Redis Sentinel

Summary

As of Redis 5.0.1+, Redis Sentinel supports authentication. While gitlab-org/gitlab currently has the ability to make use of this, Workhorse does not.

We should implement support across the board, as we package Reids 5.0.9 within Omnibus GitLab, and consume 5.0.7+ within the GitLab Helm charts.
