Gitlab selfhosted 12.2.5 crashes

I run Gitlab selfhosted CE since january and most time no problems. Since 2/3 days my gitlab instance is very slow in loading the page. When im on the server it seams that i restarts all the time. Does someone has maybe similar problems since the 12.2.5 version?
