Open group page in new tab

Problem to solve

Currently, we repeat the external link icon for every source group indicating to the user the link will open a new tab. The repeatable icons are overwhelming and unnecessary when the same indication can be handled more subtly.

Could we reduce the clutter on the page while still communicating to the user the link will open in a new tab?
