we should try to have titles that someone would google for. Things like "Notes on" or "Setup notes" are kind of generic and might not help people find the info they're looking for. I think you're just copying patterns that already exist, and if that's the case, you can ignore this feedback. Or maybe when you're done with this MR you can create an issue to have this topic given a once-over: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/saml.html I think it could be improved by implementing our topic types.
