Functionality:

  • Add tooltips for 'License-Check' and 'Vulnerability-Check' in the approvals list
  • Add tooltips for 'License-Check' and 'Vulnerability-Check' in the merge request widget approval rules UI
  • Tooltip should display help text and link to docs.
