Show some projects to click on the group test coverage before a user selects

Problem to solve
As a user looking at the group test coverage page, I want to see some projects when I land on the page, so I can click through to a project I think needs attention.
PM Note: We're seeing low engagement from users who start on this page, they are not clicking through to a project. We think that providing something to click when they land will make them look for projects they care about.
