• Scope Board to Iteration Cadence
• Scope to Current is disabled until the cadence scope is set

Acceptance

• I can scope a Board to an iteration cadence (cadence name > open iterations)
• I can scope a Board to the current iteration with a cadence (cadence name > current iteration)
• I can scope a Board to a specific iteration within a cadence (cadence name > specific iteration)
