The following discussions from !55820 (merged) should be addressed:

To prevent a project from being shared with other groups:

1. Go to the group's **Settings > General** page.
1. Expand the **Permissions, LFS, 2FA** section.
1. Select **Prevent sharing a project within <group_name> with other groups**.
1. Select **Save changes**.

Is this specifically the process you mean?

Might be better just leaving it off?
