Container Registry Page views are no longer being captured

Summary

We track page views via usage ping for the container registry and view them via the Package Stage Dashboard. However, as of August 19th, page views don't seem to be getting tracked anymore.

What is the expected correct behavior?

We should be tracking page views for the container registry.
