Purpose

There are many passionate accessibility advocates at GitLab, and as a result many accessibility efforts from an accessibility merge request widget to keyboarding guides in Pajamas exist to the benefit of GitLab users and team members.

This issue is to explore:

• How do we unite accessibility efforts? A working group? Similar?
• How can we increase visibility to the efforts?
• Where can/should we discuss accessibility as it relates to GitLab?
• Where should we document accessibility decisions, requirements?
• How can we identify accessibility experts in the organization?
• How can we expose training to everyone at GitLab? (GitLab Learn, LinkedIn Learning, Handbook, etc.)
• Other?
