The agent does not fix manual config updates automatically

Summary

The GitLab Kubernetes Agent does not keep the resources in sync with the cluster in case of manual changes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up the Agent
2. Deploy something
3. Change something manually in the cluster

What is the current bug behavior?

• The changes remain live until a new git commit happens in the repo

What is the expected correct behavior?

• The changes should be removed (or even disallowed) automatically if the cluster state is not the same what git prescribes
