Remove old Elasticsearch migrations in major version %14.0
Follow the instructions per !55580 (merged) for removing old Elasticsearch migrations.

This is a breaking change that enables easier Advanced Search migrations for upgrading GitLab.
Indexes that have not finished migrations up to %13.11 will no longer be supported after GtiLab %14.0
Customers will need complete all Elasticsearch migrations before upgrading to the latest major version
