Project mirror not actually active when new project is created

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new project
  2. Click "Repo by URL"
  3. Enter https://github.com/jneen/rouge.git as the URL
  4. Click on "Mirror repository"
  5. Click "Create project"

The landing page should say "Mirrored from XXX", but it is blank:

If you go into the project settings, you can see the checkbox is not active:
