gemnasium-gitlab-service yanked

Hello iam still on version 9.4 and trying to upgrade to newer versions. In all versions there is a dependency to gemnasium-gitlab-service. This gem is yanked from rubygems.

every

sudo -u git -H bundle install --deployment --without development test mysql aws kerberos

results in

Could not find gemnasium-gitlab-service-0.2.6 in any of the sources

Actually all install and update guides doesnt work for me. Please let me know alternatives. System Debian Buster 4.19.0-6-amd64. ruby 2.4.0rc1 (2016-12-12 trunk 57064) [x86_64-linux] 2.4 cause of incompatible openssl and ruby 2.3.x versions.
