Problem

GitLab CI/CD users want to get insights about the execution duration of their jobs to be able to assess the efficiency of their pipeline and optimize it if necessary.

This insight was surfaced in SUS

Proposal

Explore ways to surface information about job duration in the pipeline graph. The insight was surfaced in the context of the Needs (DAG) graph, but given we'll be introducing Needs relationships to the default pipeline graph, we should consider ways to surface job execution time in the default pipeline graph.
