Gems incorrectly hyperlink

Summary

In WEB UI all Gems are hyperlinked to rubygems.org, even when gem is not hosted on rubygems.org

Steps to reproduce

# Gemfile
source 'customsource.com' do
  gem 'melon'

What is the current bug behavior?

melon hyperlinks to https://rubygems.org/gems/melon

What is the expected correct behavior?

melon hyperlinks to https://customsource.com/gems/melon

Possible fixes

Do not hyperlink at all if custom source, or change source url.

(If you can, link to the line of code that might be responsible for the problem)
