Add lead time, cycle time to the top bar in cycle analytics

Problem to solve

It would be great to start adding top line KPIs important for organizations according to the DORA reports. Currently, it's difficult to get a glimpse of what is my cycle time/ lead time for a project. We see the cycle time per stage but not overall.

We should allow users to create lead time as maybe 'issue starting- closing' from the events dropdown, but have a quick way to add to the top line of the dashboard.
