Optimize tier strategy
Overview
Optimize's features are spread across a range of tiers.
Problem to solve
- Evaluate whether the existing tier strategy still makes sense
- Provide clear guidelines for positioning FY22 roadmap features in the appropriate tier
Proposal
Based on the buyer persona, the following changes are recommended.
