Pipeline editor - Retain the same branch on refresh

This is a follow up based on the discussion with @f_caplette and @nadia_sotnikova

Currently, when a user edit a pipeline file in the pipeline editor while selecting a non-default branch and hit refresh, the page refresh and the selected branch becomes the main branch

the expected experience

Upon user refresh, the branch should be the same one the user worked on.
