Problem to solve

When a user lands on the edit/detail view of a feature flag, the information architecture of the page in general makes it difficult to discern the information presented.

Proposal

Upgrade the feature flag name and relative toggle to an H1, or page title. This will help improve the IA of the page by defining a strong title.
