When an issue is moved, "new issue" notification emails are confusing

When I'm a participant in an issue and the issue is moved, I get the following notifications:

1. Notification on old issue being moved. This contains: "Issue was moved to another project".
2. Notification on new issue being created. This contains: "Author created an issue: ..."

The second one is confusing for multiple reasons:

1. Author created this issue a while back, so I was confused why I was getting this email.
2. Someone else moved this issue but the notification was "Author created an issue".

It would've been less confusing if the email was: "Mover moved this issue from xxx...". But I think that's not really necessary because we already have the "moved to" notification email.

Maybe we should not send "new issue" notifications when the issue is created from a move? The participants are still subscribed to the new issue anyway and would get future notifications related to the new issue.
