Broken qa specs after correcting GitLab references in codebase

On !16524 (merged), we changed any mention of gitlab-ce to gitlab-foss, and any mention of gitlab-ee to just gitlab. As consequence some of the specs under qa/ appear to broken:

• ee:geo
• ee:udpdate
• ee:instance
• ee:relative_url
