[DevOps Adoption] Add "This group" badge in adoption table

Overview

When implementing the devops adoption table at the group level, the table will show a row with data for the given group, as well as for selected sub groups. To avoid confusion, let's make it clear that the first row is data for the selected group.

Proposal

Add a This group badge next to the name of the group in the first row.
