Improve Pipeline table layout(design)

🧩 Problem

The pipeline table is being migrated to GL table #321257 (closed). This should allow for design improvements and change in layout.

𝍌 Proposal

Suggest improvements to the Pipeline table keeping in mind the following Things to improve:

• Resolve "Improve visibility of branch name on pipeline page"

• Suggest spacing for individual columns

• Suggest other visual/interaction changes

• Incase of a big proposal, break it down into smaller iterations
