Improve confidential comments warning / notification
The current "eye with a slash through" could be improve upon. During several discussions it has been suggested the same warning which indicates an issuable is confidential could be used (orange band above the comment box).
It has also been suggested we may put a orange border around confidential comments/threads and or potentially and orange background?
