GitLab for Jira app: Add the ability to link all groups

Problem

Now that we have added more user-friendly way to select namespaces a user can only link one namespace / group at a time.

In the prior state (with the single input field), even though it was more error prone and harder to understand, it did provide a way to link all available namespaces.

Solution

• Add a "Link all" button to the UI
