GitLab UX Research team conducted a System Usability Scale survey to measure GitLab's overall usability. Our score has been dropping for several quarters.

🌻 Proposal

• Summarize and analyze the received feedback, taking into consideration the overall GitLab SUS themes
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure follow-up issues are created for all PA related SUS insights
• Apply Low SUS Score label to the issues and SUSFY22 Q1 - Incomplete if we commit to the issue for Q1
