Test: alert management alerts being created in maintenance mode

Coming from this discussion we want to test the following scenario:

Assuming that the api requests will go through, alerts won't be dropped, therefore log messages won't show information in regards to the failure. Successful requests will create an entry in alert_management_alerts.
