Coverage guided fuzzing - AFL-based fuzz targets

Proposal

Allow customers to run fuzz testing targets built for AFL.

Update documentation with details on how to do it and an example project.

Note: This work was originally started to support C# specifically. As part of iterating, we developed generic AFL target support (this issue). We will continue in the other issue for C# needed changes and examples.
