[BE] Provide data for a richer design "version selector" dropdown in GraphQL

FE has a WIP that uses fixtures. When the back-end work is done, let FE know. See #32081 (comment 257327658).

Needed backend work:

• Expose the created_at
• Expose the author (ensuring lazy-loading to avoid N + 1)
