Productivity Analytics: Limit graph scales to whole numbers

We should limit the scale to whole numbers. The median can be a float, but this shouldn't be an issue for the y-axis labels.

Proposal

• Limit y-axis to whole numbers.
• Limit floats to 2 decimal places.
