Productivity Analytics: Update text to not mention filtering by assignee

On the productivity analytics homepage, we say Start by choosing a group to start exploring the merge requests in that group. You can then proceed to filter by projects, labels, milestones, authors and assignees.. But we cannot filter by assignee. We should either fix the text or work on getting assignee in the next milestone
