Collapsing a custom board list doesn’t work on mobile

While dogfooding issue boards on a personal project, I realized that on mobile, collapsing a custom board list doesn't work, while collapsing the Open and Closed default lists works fine.

I was also able to reproduce the issue locally on my GDK environment, by simulating an iPhone on Chrome.

Note: no errors are shown in the browser's console.

Note 2: In the below screenshot, it's possible to see that when tapping the collapse button,​ it changes its background, but collapsing doesn't happen.
